Cabbage Noodles

1/2 lb. white cabbage
1&1/2 c. chicken stock
6 oz. onions
1/3 c. tiny square cut egg noodles or any cut noodles
1/4 c. fresh minced parsley

Healthy cabbage, healthy stock and not so healthy noodles. A tasty and filling meal.
Saute the onions & cabbage in butter or olive oil.
After a couple of minutes, add the noodles and stock. After a few minutes the noodles cook and the stock is reduced. If very wet, leave cover off and
reduce to where there is very little liquid. Add salt and pepper to taste and the parsley. Serve as a side dish or add kielbasi as a complete meal
