Crepes for desserts

3 eggs+1 yolk,
1 c. 1/2 n 1/2+3 T. milk,
1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract or vanilla bean,
1T. triple sec or gran marnier,
1 T. melted sweet butter,
1/4 tsp. sea salt,
1/4 c. superfine sugar,
1 c. all purpose flour.
