Chicken Salad

Chicken salad using your left over chicken

1 c. diced cooked chicken broiled or boiled,
1/8 c. scallions,
1/4 c. celery ( peel the rib),
1/8 tsp. sea salt,
1/8 tsp. black pepper,
1/8 c. mayonnaise.

For a special flavor add one of each or all three, tsp. curry powder, 1/4 c. dried cranberries, 1/4 c. diced pineapple.
