Chicken With Onion And Tomato

Breast of Chicken with onion tomato

1 8oz. cutlet,
1/3 c. onions,
1/2 c. fresh diced tomato,
3 large garlic cloves,
salt and pepper both sides of chicken,
1/4 c. ea. cognac and chicken stock,
1/3 c. flour,
mix olive oil with butter to saute.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on onions.
