How to make baked clams oregenata
1/4 cup olive ,
6 garlic cloves,
1 tsp oregano,
1 Tab fresh minced parsley 1/2 cup bread crumbs.

Quick and easy for the homeowner. Cook the garlic in olive until toasted, add bread crumbs, then oregano, and the clam juice from the opened clams which adds even more flavor
