Deep fried snickers bar

Take your favorite chocolate bar or Oreo cookies, dip them in a batter and deep fry. Freeze the bar first. Great to serve on your dessert table

batter--whip the eggs and add rest of ingredients.
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 whole eggs
1 egg white
2 T. oil
If batter doesn't stick to snickers, dust it in flour first.
