How to cook/make tempura vegetables easy way. The Japanese way is more time consuming. This is a simpler way. Deep fried batter dipped veggies of your choice,

1/4 c durum or all purpose flour,
1/4 cup brown or white rice flour,
1/2 tsp. salt,
2 tsp. baking powder,
2 whole eggs and 1 egg white, 2 T oil (flavorless)
