Sweet Potato Puree With Acorn And Butternut Squash

Great for thanksgiving. Do away with the plain sweet potato dish. A creamy blend of sweet potato, acorn squash and butternut squash. Laced with butter and flavored with allspice.
Ingredients:

1&1/2 lb. sweet potato,
1 butternut squash,
1 acorn squash,
1 tsp. brown sugar,
1 stick sweet or salted butter,
1/2 tsp. allspice,
3/4 tsp. sea salt,
8 portion if the only starch being served,
Set oven to 325 degrees,
Acorn squash cooks in about 1/2 hr.
Butternut in about 45 minutes
Sweet potato about 1&1/4 hour.
