Teryaki Chicken Legs And Thighs

30 minute cooking,

4 skinless chicken legs,
3 garlic cloves,
1/4 c. dry white wine or saki,
2 tsp. sesame oil,
2 T. fresh ginger( 1 for chicken thighs and 1 for legs),
3 T. brown sugar,
2T. cornstarch,
1/4 c. tamari sauce,
2oz. celery,
1/4 c. scallions,
oz. carrots,
1T. peanut oil,
1 c. chicken stock or water
3 medium size white mushrooms,
1/8 c. toasted almonds.
