Red Beans With Country Style Pork Ribs

I like my beans thick. If you don't then lessen the reduction.
Cooking time---1 1/2 hrs.
0 - 10 minutes to reduce to desired texture

14 oz pork
7 oz red beans soaked 6 hrs with 1 T. pink salt
3 oz. carrots
3 oz. celery
4 oz. red onion
1.2 oz. garlic cloves
1 T. smoked paprika
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 1/2 tsp. pink salt
1 qt. water or stock
1 tsp. hot sauce for mild flavor
1 corn on the cobb
