Spicy Fresh Pineapple And Ginger Jam

45-50 minutes cooking time. At the end of cooking let the jam rest for about 45 minutes.
Put it on ice cream, lb. cake, peanut butter, pancakes etc. The amounts below include the addition to the items.

14 oz. pineapple no core.
1 and 3/4 c. water.
1 c white sugar.
2 T. lime or lemon juice.
1 T. hot sauce.
1 T. ginger puree.
