Fancy Fried Zucchini appetizer

Flat breaded strips of zucchini along with fried spaghetti zucchini for a tasty appetizer.

2 medium zucchini
1 small egg
1 T heavy cream
1/3+1/4 c. corn starch
3/4 c bread crumbs (not panco)
1 T butter with 1/8 c light olive oil
3 c light olive oil for zucchini spagetti
serve with tomato sauce, catsup, etc...

give the zucchini spaghetti more color.
