4 oz onion

2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 T cilantro or parsley
14.5 oz can diced tomato
1/4 c minced jalepeno peppers
12 oz diced country pork ribs
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
3 c water or stock
2 T fresh parsley or cilantro
