Spicy Hot(piquant) Dipping Sauce With Shallots

Ingredients:
2 T. Sriracha hot chili sauce
1 c. Hellman\'s mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. fresh mint, basil or parsley
1 T. finely minced shallots
1/2 T. cognac, brandy

Mix all. Use for dips on small meats, chicken, seafood, veggies, etc.
