Ingredients:

5 chicken legs
1/2 large green pepper
1/2 large red pepper
10oz. onion
7 ea. garlic cloves
1 c. Merlot wine
1 c. fresh tomato sauce
11-12 oz. fresh tomato
1 c. chicken stock
1/4 c. capers
2 oz. fresh basil
1 T. fresh oregano
10 pieces sun-dried tomato
2 oz. carrots
