Veal Cutlets With Raisens Bananas Pineapple Cumin Broccoli

The tender slices of baby veal saute like chicken francaise then the rest of the ingredients are sauteed and flavored with marsala and chicken stock.

Ingredients:

4 ea. 2oz. veal cutlets(I used rack of veal),
1 banana, 1/3 c. raisins,
3 mushrooms( your choice),
1/2 c. chicken stock,
1/2 large shallot,
1 small head broccoli,
3 garlic cloves,
1/4 c. diced fresh pineapple,
1 T. cumin,
1 tsp. thyme,
2 T. dry Marsala wine ( not cheap wine ),
2 eggs
