How To Make The Best Veal You'll Ever Eat Anywhere

Ingredients:

Asian inspired with French thoughts

1 T. brown rice vinegar,
1/2 c. flour or brown rice flour to be gluten free,
1 oz. celery,
1 oz. green pepper,
2 oz. onion, 3 garlic cloves,
1/2 T. fresh ginger,
1 T. citrus seasoned soy sauce,
4ea. 2 oz. slices rack of veal,
1/4 c. scallions,
1/2 tsp. roasted sesame oil,
salt and pepper,
3-4 mushrooms of your choice,
2 T. cognac/brandy.
