Sea Bass Oreganata

How to make baked sea bass oregenato------

1/4 cup olive ,
6 garlic cloves,
1 tsp oregano,
1 Tab fresh minced parsley
1/2 cup panco bread crumbs.

Take the sea bass filet and score the skin side to keep the fish from curling. Season the fish with salt and pepper. cover with oreganata mixture. To make the mixture you roast the garlic pieces in the oil until brown. Add the panco bread crumbs and oregano with salt and pepper
