Chocolate Mousse

Not the simple way with just chocolate and whip cream. melt the chocolate, separate the eggs, cook the egg yolks and whip the egg whites stiff

1/4 c. milk or cream,
5 egg yolk,
5 egg whites
1/2 tsp.instant expresso
1&1/2 tsp. Kahlua or brandy,
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate,
1/3 c. granulated sugar for egg yolk,
2 T. granulated sugar for egg whites
