Souffle With Spinach And Semolina Flour

How about a tasty fresh spinach and pecorino romano cheese souffle.

Make this tasty souffle for 3-4 people using a 2 qt. souffle dish
or make individual in a 4 oz. aluminum cups( less cooking time),
1 hr. and 15 minutes cooking time.

5 c. semolina(durum flour) or regular flour,
2 c. milk,
1 tsp. salt
2T. butter,
7 egg yolk,
9 egg whites,
1/8 tsp. white pepper,
4 T. pecorino romano cheese,
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
