Onion Mushroom Vinaigrette Topping For Hamburger Or Steak





Tangy topping for a hamburger or piece of meat. Fresh onions sauteed with mushroom in olive oil and finished with oregano, mustard and vinegar.

1/2 c. olive oil,
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar,
1 tsp. salt and pepper mix,
4 oz. mushrooms,
1/2 lb. onion,
1 tsp. dijon mustard
