Rissoto With Mushrooms Okra And Turkey

Using aborio rice, not the best in the world but a good one. Easy to find.

1 c. rissoto,
5 ea. white mushrooms,
8 oz. turkey or chicken,
4 oz. fresh okra,
3 oz. shallots, 4 garlic cloves,
1 qt. chicken stock,
1 plum tomato,
1/4 c. garlic basil puree(see my recipe),
1/2 c. dry white wine approximate cooking time 25 minutes
