Fresh Bean Sprouts With Black Sesame Seeds

Cook the bean sprouts and enjoy them in under ten minutes cooking time.

3/4 lb. fresh bean sprouts,
1 T. peanut oil,
1 T. roasted sesame oil,
1 oz. red onion,
2 garlic cloves,
1 tsp. honey,
2 T. citrus flavored soy sauce,
1 Persian cucumber or 1/2 c. kirby,
2 oz. carrots,
14 c. scallions,
1-2 T. black sesame seeds
