Wakame Salad (seaweed)

Healthy seaweed salad with fresh ingredients:

1 tsp. sesame oil (dark roast),
1 tsp. sushi vinegar,
1 tsp. citrus seasoned soy sauce,
1 tsp. fresh ginger,
1 Persian cucumber,
1/2 c. dry wakame,
2 oz. carrots,
2 oz. celery,
2 T. toasted sesame seeds,
1/4 c. scallions.
