Creamy octopus with mushrooms , goes great over rice or pasta. U can use it in ceviche, salads.

4 garlic cloves
1/3 c. good dry white wine
2 oz. shallots or onions
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. fresh scallions (sliced thin)
pinch cayenne pepper
