6 oz. onion, 2 celery ribs,
1 c. dry white wine,
4 garlic cloves,
1&1/2 T. caraway seeds,
3 cloves,
1 lb. peeled potato cut 1/4" thick,
2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
