1/2 lb. tender beef (prime ribs, filet mignon ,shell steak, skirt steak),
2 T. wasabi powder,
1/8 c. flour,
4 garlic cloves,
4 oz. onion,
1 tsp. sea salt,
1/2 c. dry red wine,
1/2 c. beef stock or water and 1 T. balsamic vinegar,
2 oz. celery,
2 oz. red pepper
