Honey Roast Chicken Legs With Rosemary Lemon And Lime

Easy roast chicken legs, 1/3 c. carrots, 1/3 c. celery, 1/2 c. onion, 3-4 T. honey, 6 garlic cloves, 4 stems rosemary(dry doesn\'t work) 1 lime, 1 lemon, salt and pepper. Lay the chicken on the mirepoix(veggies) , season chicken and mirepoix, lay lemon slices and rosemary and roast 45 minutes to 1 hr. depending on the size of legs. Start at 475 convection and lower to 250 after 1/2 hr. Add 3/4 c. water to pan after 45 minutes and strain 10 minutes later.
