bbq fresh eel

Fresh eel not even 1 hr. old onto the bbq with a tasty sauce not Asian style. Eel doesn\'t have much of a flavor so I will season it up to be tasty.

1&1/2 lb. fresh eel,
1 T. minced garl
1/3 c. loosely chopped parsley,
4 mushrooms,
olive oil or butter,
1/2 c. merlot wine
