I start off with appetizers:
clams oreganata, crab meat Rockefeller in mushroom caps, pineapple orange glazed chicken wings, meatballs in tomato basil sauce, loin lamp chop cubes Cajun style, hummus, Mandarin roast pork filet.

Dinner:
butternut squash soup
salad with creamy Italian or blue cheese dressing, bread and butter

Main:
roast filet of beef with green peppercorn sauce
jumbo shrimps scampi style
risotto with lobster and saffron
carrots w broccoli
Provencal potato

Dessert:
Ice cream cake with fresh cranberry filling
fresh fruit platter
assorted cookies and pastries
