How To Prepare Cook Cous Cous With Veggies

Small little pearls of cous cous with fresh chicken stock and lots of veggies make a complete meal. For vegetarians, just replace stock with water.

1 c. chicken stock,
3/4 c. cous cous,
1/2 c. shallots or onions,
fresh thyme and oregano,
1/3 c. celery,
1/2 c. carrots,
2 garlic gloves,
1/2 c. black beans,
2 bay leaves.
