Chicken Gizzards With 3 Beans And Potato


Cook your complete meal in your crock pot or on top of stove with slow cooking. Healthy beans with some chicken gizzards and lots of vegetables.

1 c. ea. pinto, red, and navy beans,
1&1/2 lb. chicken gizzards,
6 oz. carrots,
1 lb. onion,
4 oz. celery,
4 bay leaves,
2 oz. bacon or pork belly(optional), 1 large green pepper,
2 qt chicken stock or water,
1 T. sea salt,
T. hot sauce
