pastry wheels with spinach basil and cheese

Make your own pinwheels with fresh spinach and basil, throw in some shallots and cheese and a little garlic powder and your done.
I used sharp cheddar cheese, baby spinach, fresh basil, shredded cheese, garlic powder and a little hot sauce.
