1 T. fresh ginger,
1 c. fresh bean sprouts,
1/4 c. celery,
1/4 c. scallions,
1/4 c. red pepper,
1 T. roasted peanut oil,
2 tsp. tamari,
3 T. miso paste,
1/2 tsp. sea salt
