Eat a healthy tofu salad with lots of vegetables
1 T. scallions,
4 basil leaves,
1 T. red onion,
1/8 c. carrots,
1/8 c. celery,
1/8 c. red pepper,
1 T. green pepper,
3 garlic cloves,
7 oz. firm tofu,
tamari and peanut oil
