Bake a chicken leg that is skinless and gluten free using honey and Cajun seasoning, juicy with a little spice.

5 medium chicken leg,
1 egg white whipped a little frothy,
1 c. white or yellow corn meal,
honey to drizzle,
Cajun seasoning,
400 degrees for 45 minutes
