Miso Soup Fat Free With Gluten Free Pasta

Have hearty soup with vegetables, change them and choose your favorite or use my choices. Simple 20 minutes to cook and prep time depends on how skillful you are with cutlery.

1/4 c. white miso or use your favorite miso paste, 1/4 c. scalltions, 2 qt. water, 5 shitake mushroom, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 c. snap peas, 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. red onion or white, 1/2 c. raw pasta, 1/4 tsp. finely minced ginger, 1 T. gluten free Tamari soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce or your favorite.
