How To Cook Prepare Piccata Sauce

Can be used for poultry and veal, makes 2 portion,

1 large shallot,
2 large domestic mushrooms,
1/4 cup dry white wine(no cooking wines)
1 Tab. capers,
1 Tab lemon juice,
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper for sauce,

yield 1 1/2 cup sauce
