Filet of sole with cream

marinate the fish,
prepare the sauce,
reducing the fish stock,

Ingredients for marinade-
1/4 c. light cream,
1/2 tsp. sea salt,
1/8 tsp. ground white pepper,
1/2 tsp. lemon juice.....
For sauce-1 pint fish stock,
1 oz your favorite pepper,
2 oz. onion,
4 garlic cloves,
1/2 c. heavy cream,
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 T. butter
