Fried Fish With Corn Meal And Coconut

1/2 lb your favorite fish skinless, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1 egg, 1/2 t. sea salt, 1/8 t. garlic powder, 1 c. fine yellow corn meal, 1/2 t. cajun seasoning, 1 t. lemon juice, 1/4 c. sweet coconut flakes, 1/3 c. flour, 1 c. oil(I use olive oil)
