Chocolate Fettuccini With Fresh Berries

Make your own chocolate pasta and serve with berries with lots of options.

1&1/2 c. whole wheat or white flour,
1/4 c. semollina/durum flour,
1-3 T. white or brown sugar depending on how sweet you want the pasta,
3 eggs
1-2 tsp. pure vanilla extract,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 T. olive oil,
2 T. cold water,
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)



Served with or without more sugar using, sour cream heavy cream, whip cream, flavored yogurt or non-fat Greek yogurt, chocolate syrup or my berry sauce recipe, or any sweet topping you like.
