Brown Rice For Sushi

This recipe is for someone who doesn't want white rice.
This is not special brown sushi rice since it doesn't exist.
This recipe will give you a good texture of rice so you can make rolls with nori or lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.

Soaking the rice for at least 8 hrs. and rinsing until water is clear is the first step.

1&1/3 c. brown rice,
2&1/3 c. water for cooking,
1&1/2 T. brown rice vinegar,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1&1/2 T. white sugar.
