hash brown potato

This method is used if your not in a rush. Since the potatoes are boiled first, they don't shrink as much. Potatoes could be diced in advance but I was lazy.

1 Large Idaho Potato
1/3 c Onion
1/4 c Green Pepper
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
