How to prepare corn fritters

3/4 lb fresh or frozen corn(not canned)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking powder with 4 Tb. flour sifted together
1 tsp hot sauce or 1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 ea. minced red onion and green pepper
1 egg
