2 c Uncooked Fresh or Frozen Corn
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/2 c Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic
1/2 c Sliced Scallions on the Bias at Serving Time
1 tsp Salt
3/4 c Diced Onion
1/2 c Tomato Puree
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
