Tender boneless and skinless leg meat cooked with shallots , pepper, tomato and garbonzo beans

1 pt. garbonzo beans,
8oz. shallots or onions,
2-3 oz celery,
1/2 c. salty olives,
1/2 green pepper,
1 yellow pepper,
1 can plum tomato ( 2lb. 3oz ),
1 lemon,
1 lime,
3 T. minced parsley,
1&1/2 lb. boneless and skinless chicken leg,
1 lb. cooked chicken sausage,
1 tsp. oregano,
1 tsp. red pepper flakes,
2 tsp. sea salt,
5 garlic cloves,
1/2 c. cabernet sauvignon,
1/2 c. salty olives.
