Zucchini Garlic Rolls

9 rolls are made,

3 with sesame seeds,
3 with egg wash and 3 scored.

Using the bread machine simplifies process.
You can do it by hand with my ingredients.
Remember that the zuchinni mash is really the amount of liquid used and the mash is more concentrated then just dicing and adding raw zucchini.

2 tsp. granulated yeast,
3 c. bread flour or substitute bread flour with whole wheat 1/2 c. ,
1/2 lb. seedless zucchini,
6-8 garlic cloves,
2 tsp. dry thyme leaves,
1/8 c. cayenne pepper (optional),
1 tsp. salt,
1/4 c. water added when zucchini full c. is added.
3 T. butter or olive oil which is not added to flour mix only when cooking zuchinni.
