Wild Rice And Turkey Salad

If you like wild rice and turkey with the rest of the healthy ingredients makes a refreshing salad eaten hot or cold.

1/3 c.dried cranberries,
1/4 c. soy nuts,
4 garlic cloves,
1 oz.celery,
1/3 c.golden raisins,
2 T.lemon juice,
1 oz. carrots,
3 oz. dates,
2-3 oz. domestic mushrooms,
6 oz. onion,
1&1/2 c. uncooked wild rice,
8-9 oz.raw turkey breast,
3 oz.asparagus,
1/4 c.virgin olive oil
