Chicken Breast Paillard Stuffed


Normally, chicken paillard is a flattened piece, this one will be folded and stuffed with goodies.

5 garlic cloves,
1 lb. vine ripe tomatoes,
1&1/2 c.fresh basil leaves,
2 slice prosciutto ham,
2 ea. 6-7 oz. chicken cutlets,
5 oz. mozzarella cheese(whole milk),
2 oz. green pepper,
1/4 c. chardonnay wine,
1/2 c. fine yellow corn meal
