Spicy Basil Mayonnaise Dip

Use this creamy dip as you would any dip for hot or cold example--crudite, buffalo wings.

2 egg yolks,
1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. srirachi hot chili sauce,
1/2 tsp. dijon mustard,
1 c. olive oil,
1/2 tsp. sea salt,
1 T. chardonnay wine,
2 c. fresh basil,
2 T. warm water,
2 garlic cloves
